Solatube International, Inc. desires to use the photographs and/or testimonials in various media as examples of its products and services. Customer hereby consents to such use by Solatube International, Inc. and its successors or assigns of the Photographs, slides and photographic images of the Products, and/or testimonials regarding effectiveness of Products, taken at Customer’s facility, by Solatube International, Inc. This Electronic Consent is executed by an authorized representative of Customer as provided herein.
